DF: Grant Hanley's surgery went well, but now he has four weeks on crutches. He's in good shape, we hope he can come to the training ground just to be with us and around the group.
DF: In the first-half we had 60% possession, but it could've been closer to 70% or 80%. The first game back is a tough day in the office, we weren't there with our best performance.
DF: When you lose a game 3-0 you have to accept all criticism, some was right, but some was disrespectful and not in the context. It's important to accept it. We're working in a business you're praised when you win, possibly more than you deserve, then when you lose you're criticised more than you should be.
DF: We've got a bunch of academy products and players who are having their first season in the Premier League, there's no button we can press to beat these teams, it doesn't work like that.
DF: When I joined years ago, it was like Alex Tettey couldn't play two games in a row, it was like Wes Hoolahan would play home games then Tettey for the away. We've got five weeks of two or three games each week, we will definitely need his strength and leadership pretty soon, I'm totally happy I have him for the next season.
DF: If we were in 9th place then we could give a bit more game time to the youngsters, but right now we are fully under pressure, it's not like a gift to play young players, it's natural for us and how we play.
DF: I'm not scared to play the young players, I choose them based on if they're the best in their position and they can help us.
DF: I'm never frustrated when our supporters are disappointed, because we are disappointed. After a few days we need to be calm and analyse. Our supporters feel that disappointment for the whole week, it's important for us to know that, how responsible we are for these great moments for them.
