Have similar sort of set up where I tend to be 'working' late evening/early morning and family duties during the day.

This whole event has been revolutionary at our place.

It's also helped break a stigma of having kids running amok in the background - it used to be that everyone would be so apologetic if so much as a dog barked at a postman. Now we have con calls being interrupted left right and centre and you know what? The important stuff still gets covered, the world does not stop turning.
