shouldn't have really as this is all pushed out from central government.
I managed to submit the online application about 2.30am on Sunday for the main shop. I received a letter regarding our warehouse, which is a separate business, stating that we qualified. I also separately managed to submit the online application. Payments are supposed to be available from today, but obviously there's a processing time lag.
The job retention scheme is a completely different beast. They are building a system from scratch to administrator it, and are hoping for it to be live by the end of April. I really can't see how they will manage this in time, so as a result I'm having to find a contingent to ensure I can pay staff 80% of their salary. I paid them 100% of March salary yesterday, but with zero income for the foreseeable, there may well be some uncomfortable discussions to be had.

In the meantime I'm going to watch some cats playing domino's on Facebook.
