my perception is that

over 70's will be asked to self isolate because they are the most likely to need hospital treatment if they get it

for the rest of us some will get it some wont and if you do get it will be so mild that you will hardly notice it , off course some people will get it bad , but if you do get stay at home

until we reach the stage that most people will be immune to it

can someone correct me if I'm wrong
