Yeah, I'm not an expert so don't know what the best course of action is

I guess if Italy had closed everything off earlier, would it have been as bad there?

And knowing how bad it's got there, should the rest of Europe be taking more radical preventative measures earlier than they did?

We won't know that until it develops more.
