We all know it's true, but I think we've got the message now. And the players can't be inspired by constantly being told publicly that they are the worst players in the league.
It's no wonder the belief drains away at the first sign of adversity. Or isn't even there at the start of games.
I don't recall hearing Wilder constantly banging on about how they're underdogs in every game.
Unless he does.
