Possibly but there is a mentality thing there. Of course we all accept that

with our resources and ownership model there is going to be a risk (or perhaps even more of a risk a likelihood) that we may get relegated from the premier league. So yes I agree with DOY below that top 26 has a touch of "realism" to it. However, surely the overall "aim" of the club should be higher than that. The goal or target must always be to get to and stay in the premier league.

I do accept its semantics to a degree but what it tends to do is condition everyone's thinking to a place where we just accept relegation as inevitable and therefore never question the model or whether there is a way we can achieve more.

I bet Wolves aim or target is not "Top 26". It will be regular European football or something like that.
