That’s the nation as a whole, reflected in Norwich.
Can’t remember where I heard it, Radio 4 somewhere I’d guess, independent research has found that the UK has the most capitalist capitalism (for want of a better expression) in the world.
It wasn’t a tabloid scare story, it was on the broadly Tory-dominated BBC Radio 4. I want to add IN THE FUCKING WORLD in capitals. So I did.
