He may be a might more vulnerable BUT

what people are missing here is that they are not going to give him to the end of the season to maintain "stability" and then replace him in the summer. They are saying:

He's got a good record
We need stability
We are not going to sack him for this reason
You have to trust us
If you don't and you boo it is counterproductive and we won't get anywhere!

You don't hark on about stability and then sack him in the summer - he is here for keeps!
