I got a gigantic (well, six-minute) half-marathon PB last weekend, fuelled by night-before

Domino's pizza and plenty of Strongbow. Had already clocked up 30 miles that week, too, so effectively had a three-day taper. Boozed every night that week. Six-minute PB, and felt amazing.
