I guess it partly depends on the definition of 'established'

I'd want to be in the Prem for about five years before I'd consider it, and then only if we'd been stashing away a bit of the TV money each season for that purpose so we didn't get lumbered with a debt (like the one we racked up to build the new South Stand) round our neck for years.
