Have to say I agree ...

Giving the vote on this matter to Joe Public was a mistake. Too much of the electorate have this 'Little England' mentality. The vast majority of us don't really understand all the issues involved in remaining or exiting and its advantages and pitfalls. The leave campaign could come out with all sorts of promises any objecting voices were derided as project fear creating the perception that leaving was positive and remaining was negative.
