I agree in principle

But with the slight caveat that it’s much harder to compete at the top end of the Prem now than it was then for a club which doesn’t have the means of the top 6 prem clubs.

However, it would take this side doing something akin to Wolves this season to even start the conversation. Pants is right; players of tester year would have adapted and evolved and been better themselves
