I suppose I just don't buy this whole Worthy=hoofball argument. We resort to that when we're not doing well, and at the moment we aren't doing well. I look at the team and we actually have a reasonable number of skillful/pacey/attacking players (Huckerby,McVeigh,Earnshaw,Johansson). Given time and the chance to work out the best way to get the most out of them I think we'll challenge next year.

Settled teams win championships and I'm not as pessimistic about the squad as the majority here would seem to be.

I'd like the fans & board to give worthington a chance to get this current squad performing (and no, I don't think he's had 20 months to do this, I think he's had an injury ravaged 6 months). If the current squad don't perform I genuinely think he'll go, but I doubt that there'll be wholesale changes in the summer & don't think that there should be.
