Worthy's managerial style was suited to us

when we were crying out for teamwork, discipline, hard work etc etc - i.e. when he took over the chancers Hamilton had left.

Unfortunately, imo that style of managing has a limited shelf life, and goes stale after a while.

We now need a forward thinker, not a disciplinarian.
