Never criticise players? They are big boys and unfortunately if they can't take a bit of stick maybe they should change careers. If I f**k up at work be it whilst building or in the Fire service I got a bollocking - I didn't like it and sometimes i thought I didn't deserve it but that's part of life i'm afraid.
I will grant you that sometimes you get the 'Herd' mentality especially with social media nowadays when someone does get scapegoated (I felt a bit sorry for Ian Henderson all those years ago, but to never give any stick i think is pathetic.
