Yes. I did actually research it quite a bit...

I eat a lot of salads but also a lot of quality seafood such as salmon, flounder and shrimp.
I also eat a lot quality nuts and pulses.
I have added protein powder shakes.

Also doing some weights but a bit of boxing cardio on the speed bag and hitting the heavy bag.
