Keto / Atkins works but only as long as you stick to it religiously.

The moment you have a piece of bread you'll wake up the next morning with a hangover and weightloss stalled. It's weird.

Good luck tho. I'd recommend getting a copy of myfitnesspal to keep a food log (not like Arizona Bay's food logs) to track whats going in.
