I actually like, and respect him for everything he has done for this club

But i just think its time for him to go.

I'm sure most sensible fans didnt expect us to be 20 points ahead in first place or anything the first season back in this league, but most agreed we would be there or there abouts as this was probably our best chance of getting back up.

It's not like i'm using hindsight for this, but things didnt seem right pre-season, i couldnt then...and 6 months later, still cant understand why we didnt give Svenny what he wanted, let him go, just to bring in a player who is the same age as him and give him the length of contract Svenny wanted.

Looking back on that, many said it was stupid at the time, and in fact it has been proved, lets be honest, Sven would have scored at least 6 more goals than Thorne has this season.

That's no ones fault, apart from Worthingtons and has to be looked at as a f**k up.

Also in pre-season, the whole even without Francis we have a "wealth of midfielders" is another one that sticks with me.

I remember the reaction on here, i think nearly everyone agreed that it was a laughable comment (he included Charlton in his list) I think that has also been proved to be a mistake as even including the signings he has made since, i still dont think we've found anyone decent to play alongside Safri.

Right side of midfield, STILL a problem and we're nearly at the end of the season.

JJ is a great player, but he's a striker. Marney would have been ok there for us imo, but after his injury we tried all manner of players there, and it was clear it was never going to work.

Most of his signings have been poor at best, some of his tatics have been... well indifferent, and his attitude to the people who help pay his contract (the fans) has been shocking.

Like i said, i like him and in a perfect world, he'd win the remaining games of the season, get the players looking like they actually want to play for him, stick with us next season and get us up.

I just cant see that happening, so i think its best for everyone if he just goes now.
