Will get you out of trouble and will ensure you don;t go down. Gets the team organised and will get you results against opposition who don't have enough class to break it down.

I don;t think he's a genius but i think they would have gone down by now if they had not had him. To be honest going down might do them some good long terms so i'm quite happy for him to just keep them in lower mid table.
