i think they've probably put a bit more thought into it and looked at the numbers

i mean, i know those that run football are generally a bunch of incompetents, but in this case, i would say they've got more to back them up than you have

also 'local' is a relative term entut

plus it'll be more what works on the whole - for all 72 clubs (amongst which there will be some losers from this) not just those of us with a massive fan base
