of course "leftie" is simplistic - any single term to cover the opinions of individuals

will be simplistic. I feel the same as you about the current situation, except that I don't trust Corbyn. Not talking about his competence to govern the country (doubts about that too) but about the authoritarian Stalinist tendency that's shown itself recently under his leadership. Not impressed with that.
