The glass ceiling will continue to get lower and lower as investment in club reduces

the likes of Tiny Tom and Ed Balls do nothing to help the situation, in fact they are a drain on resources.

In my opinion the player cuts last year didn't go deep enough. Still have some high earners not pulling their weight.

Farke has his work cut out for sure.
