Ignore these idiots.....You dont need to run.

Its simple science, you burn more calories than you take in.

It starts with having a calorie controlled diet.

Without a good balanced diet, running will do very little but f**k up your joints.

PS if you do decide to run, feel free to post a video of it on youtube.
