Tettey's job is futher back as a defensive midfielder so doesn't need to get in a position to score many goals or take risks creating much. He is very good as a defensive central midfielder and that allows forwards to play more to their creative strengths.
Dorrans passing vision is good but he's a bit slow. Howson is good at making late runs into the box, passing sideways and becoming invisable in a lot of matches.
