"the many" not "the few" (which group are you in ...?)

one not the other; I agree, there's a very dangerous atmosphere surrounding politics in this country at the moment; requisition the property of "the rich" for homeless; gather on the streets to protest against the election result; throw a bottle at sadiq khan because be didn't vote for JC; each element in a sense defensible (why not voice my opinion? why not address inequality? justifiable anger about a hideous fire) but which combine to create conflict, and permission to violence; it makes me nervous.
