Our biggest failing is signing players without considering our style of football

We signedow players of similar styles that play in similar positions. Lambert got us pacy captains from lower leagues, recently we have followers and but part players.

I don't think Webbers role is needed if our manager was more switched on but if we get players with hunger, pace and leadership to match a certain system then it's worth it.
