Carrying on from the green tea from last night... I am continuing my health kick.
Anyway running...
I can run up to about 1 mile before I physically can't breath anymore, which is making me stop running.. the legs are fine, I've been doing this for 2/3 weeks every other night with no signs of improvement.
Any pointers I must be doing something wrong!
