A few of our squad probably haven't shown their full potential at City - Murphys, Morris,

Maddison, Thompson, maybe Klose and Pinto - and I don't think they will under Alex Neil. He picks them and he picks others (he's been accused of tinkering, so you can't say players don't get a chance to show what they're about), but writing names on a team sheet is the easy part. It's the other stuff that's difficult. AN has lost the momentum he had early on, and his lack of management ability and experience is showing now.

We've got some good players (plus a fair bit of dross) and my fear is that we won't see the true ability of particularly Murphys, Morris, Thompson and Maddison before they move on. That happened with Redderz
