All managers leave in the end, either because they're really good and get a better offer, or because they end up being s**t. I think it's clear where this is heading.
I think he's been throughly worked out by other managers and doesn't have anything new in the locker to surprise the opposition. We've played exactly the same way since he arrived and it worked great for a while, but now everyone knows how to stop us, and given the number of individual mistakes we make, and the fact that our players are not THAT superior to others in the division, he's got no chance.
