Alex Neil isn't going to recover this, is he?

I'm not one for sacking managers left right and centre, but things show no signs of improving and have been on a steady downward trend since September 2015 (Newcastle away).

I don't know if there is someone that would do better or not, but at this point in time I can see no reason for us not to find out.

It's a shame because I wanted him to be brilliant, but he's lost the swagger and single mindedness that made him so good for us in the first place.
