Also, I'm not sure it's Alex Neil's tactical ability to influence a game that is the problem, it's more that we don't have the personnel to play any system other than this one effectively. So if it's not working, who comes off the bench to change it?

Oliveira had more impact than Naismith, would have preferred him to have come on earlier.
