Charlton as CB last season...

the reason we looked better with him at CB was because that was early in the season when we had HUcks as a striker and so had 4 proper midfielders. It was when we realised Hucks wasn't going to score enough goals and so switched to him plus 2 proper strikers (thus leaving us with only 3 proper midfielders)that then defence got hideously exposed and went to pieces. And that just happened to be after Charlton had been dropped - it would have happened just the same if Charlton had still been there.
