Not sure it ultimately matters much.

The CEO will have to find a way to fix the numerous
structural problems at the club that have been enumerated on this board multiple times. It will take a wizard to fix scouting, recruiting, wage structure, facilities, club perception. The ultimate solution to all of the above problems is outside investment. And Delia just doesn't seem interested. It's the elephant in the room and when you bring up new ownership you always get criticized
for taking such a risky outlook. Truth is, with Delia as majority shareholder you're always just going to be "playing" at being a Premier league club. I think she's been great but it's a money league now and she doesn't have enough.
