Keep him if we go down. Depends who is available if we stay up (we won't)

Always have to consider making a change at this level though. Managers rarely last long term.

Would hate for him to be used as a scapegoat by the board and scouts though when serious changes are needed there too. The whole club has got it badly wrong in these last two prem seasons.
