Is somehow we manage to stay up

thanks to the ineptness of Newcastle and Sunderland, would anyone get rid of Neil?

I don't really have strong feelings on whether he should stay or go if we go down, but if we stay up I'd be very tempted to replace him. We'd be able to choose from several good managers and start rebuilding the squad in a new direction - particularly if we got a decent name who could attract a few stars.
