Final Question (spoilers natch)

What became of the lad (Blackfish, Tulley?) who fired a flaming arrow into a funeral boat back in season 2 or 3? Catelin and Rob were there, basically some lad failed to shoot a flaming arrow into the boat as it drifted downstream and this real badd-ass goes "fuggen gettout the way, tit" and fires an arrow straight up and into it, he drops his bow and walks away before it even lands. BOOM.

He needs to be in it more.

As does Dennis Pennis, last seen reviving some dead lad who the Hound smote?
