I know this because mrs mbk has become a fitness fanatic since she hit 40.

I've lost just over a stone since Christmas by avoiding carbs all together (apart from footy day booze) and walking to work and back (just under 7 miles per day).

Avoid bread, it hangs around.

Sit ups will just increase muscle. not get rid of fat.

Working on my moobs now.
