There's something in what you say, but it's predicated on having a solid back four and organised midfield. It'll only get you so far, though - you need the touch of class that Hucks provided two seasons ago - that really made us untouchable back then. Warnock & Worthy seem to me to be two sides of the same coin; whereas Warnock appears to get it right or thereabouts most seasons without really being real contenders, Worthy only managed it in one, but he's surely tried to build a similar sort of squad.
