How we should spend the cash....

Simple, we shouldnt.

It is well documented that Worthys recent attempts in the transfer market have been little short of abysmal. Given the players we have been linked with since the transfer of Ashton this fact looks to remain the same. SO giving Worthy 4-5m to spend would be like giving a Monkey a machine gun, the board should tell him hes had his money for the season and wasted it, his fault, get over it. Also January is silly season where you pay over inflated prices for second rate players. (SOmething we as a club are very good at)

It looks liek this season is a write off, we are not gonna get in the play offs and we are not going to go down, therefore why waste the money in the silly season when there is realistically very little to play for.

Worthy should give Jarvis/Hendo/Mcveigh/Thorne/Mckenzie the opportunity to play up front till the end of the season then re-asses and rebuild then when the prices have regulated. This will also give the chane to Jarvis and Hendo to have a run in the side in their preffered position. If they do well we have saved 5m, if they flop then we know they havent got what it takes and should start to look at other options.

Failing the above, we should use the cash to pay wortless, foley livermore etc off and get Parkinson or Boothroyd in and igve them some cash to spend.

Obviously i know that none of the above is gonna happen and worthless will blow the cash on huffing, puffing, high work rate journeymen.
