Are you sure we paid ?3m to Crewe?

I thought that we paid ?2.2m to them and the rest was dependent on him making 50 appearances, playing for england and us staying up last year. Also, don;t forget that we have a 15% sell on clause - and I expect he'll leave west ham for at least ?10m in the next few years.
