I agree with most of it...

although you have not mentioned Worthless. He clearly doesn't trust the youth players and his performance in the Transfer Market is poor. I think Ashton and Green will go and I'd be very nervous about letting him spend it. Having said that, he has been OK at signing "proven" players ie Hucks, Ashton, Safri.
I would sell Green and Ashton, get rid of all the dead wood, give the younger players a chance to prove themselves for the remainder of the season and install a new Manager as soon as possible.
