You need to introduce the youth bit by bit in a side which is doing well. Chuck them all in in one go and you're asking for them to go crap in a sinking side, IMHO.

As for flogging Deano, again the theory's fine but it all falls down on one major issue. No point in thinking about clearing out Worthy's rubbish buys until the rubbish who bought the f**kers is gone.
