Johnson - was there an incident of some sort?

In the space of a month he's gone from our highly revered POTS who waxed lyrical about the club to being sold back to the championship and talking about how "things did not work out at Norwich"

Surely it can't just be that he was unhappy at being dropped? He's been dropped before and fought his way back in.

Was it just that the money was too good to refuse and the club told him they wanted to sell? Money not actually that great if you look what other champ players have been going for.

Or has there been some sort of bust up with Neil?
