PS on the world cup...

I've long thought it should cycle through the regions, with appropriate financial support from all regions each time so poorer regions aren't disadvantaged. Have a competition each time, for sure, but say it can't be in the same country within a given region for at least three iterations to make sure it gets moved around appropriately. All the proposals should involve regeneration/support for poorer communities in whatever country it's in.
