I swim 5 times a week + 4 miles walking a day at Labrador pace.

Swimming pool offers a swimtag which measures distance swam, cals burnt etc and at least it has made me compete against myself. (1.35K today). Haven't lost that much weight but feel so much fitter.

Practice Nurse now defines me as fat but fit :-)
