Having had a real shot across the bows from docs, I need to start
doing some real exercise.
Seriously toying with the horrendous idea of jogging.
Any advice on reasonably priced shoes? I can't see me doing marathon distances so prob don't want anything too fancy but, on the other hand, don't want to f**k my feet and knees.
