I live in Sussex, if you know Brighton at all then you'll know that it is awash with hypnotherapists. I went to a woman that came highly recommended by friends - she'd successfully dealt with smoking cessation, anxiety, and insomnia for them. I'm sure there are many not so good practitioners and I know little about the qualification standards and industry regulation but for me, word of mouth recommendation by people I trusted was key. I can recommend the person I used if you like, but as I say she's in Sussex
