Not only are we lacking an identity, we've no real character in the side - a Grant Holt type figure who before things went sour, was a natural leader. We're now very anonymous. One of the positives for me today was that, in Turner and Bennett, we have a central defensive pairing that'll stand us in good stead in the Championship.
