A friend of mind had a heart attack while giving a speech at his 50th dinner in Boodles

We all thought it was a spoof at first but it was real

Ambulance got there just in time

He had a bypass and got better, gave up all Bad Things including cheese (for which he had a great weakness). A year later he was putting back thd Brie and Stilton like billy-o. Says he can't resist it, even though he wants to stay alive!
